Information used by Tracker
We process account names, email addresses, optional phone numbers, password hashes, company membership and permissions, sign-in timestamps, and the version and date of registration acceptance. Your company may also store customer details, job information, photos, signatures, inventory and activity records. Security and activity logs can include IP addresses and browser information.
We use this information to operate accounts and company workspaces, provide requested functions and support, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Necessary processing supports our service agreement, legitimate security interests or legal duties, as applicable. Optional uses that require consent need separate consent; accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing.

Tracker does not currently enable optional advertising or analytics cookies. The notice's acknowledgement button dismisses the notice; it does not enable optional tracking. You can clear storage in your browser, but blocking the session cookie prevents sign-in. Device settings may also affect whether preferences can be saved.
Without Remember me, the sign-in cookie has no persistent expiry. Closing one tab does not end a browser session, and browser session-restore features can preserve session cookies. Use Sign out on shared devices. Server sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity or 12 hours; an opted-in, valid Remember me token can establish a fresh session within its 30-day lifetime.
Access, sharing and security
Authorised company users can access records according to their permissions. ITBecker and service providers may process data as needed for hosting, security, support and legal obligations. We do not sell account information. Your company is responsible for the information and access it authorises. Any international processing must meet applicable legal safeguards.
Account identity fields are encrypted in application database storage, and passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Encryption does not make all operational records, uploaded files, logs, backups or browser data encrypted automatically. Hosting, access controls, transport encryption and backup protection must also be maintained. No system can promise absolute security.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as needed for the service, security, dispute handling and lawful recordkeeping. Retention and deletion depend on the record and applicable obligations. Ask your company administrator about operational records, or contact ITBecker about your account. We may need to verify identity and authority before supplying or deleting information. Some records must be retained by law, and backup copies may remain until their normal replacement cycle.
You may request access or correction, object to processing where applicable, or request restriction or deletion subject to law. Required account fields are needed to provide access; without them we cannot create an account. These rights are not waived by registering.
